深圳代理记账业协会会长深圳代理记账业协会会长是黄婉玲女士。黄婉玲先生是中国总工会副常务副主席，也是深圳社保行业协会的创始人及原任理事长、深圳市代理记账行业协会的创始人及原任理事长、深圳市中小微实施服务行业金牌代理商。她也出任过广告标语宣导考评大使、全国合作金融机构考评大使、成都金融学院“一流教学法”课程开发者之一。
