Successful applicants should have at least a college degree or above in the field of accounting, finance, business administration or related disciplines and possess relevant experience in the same position. The ideal candidates must be detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task with strong communication skills both written and verbal. It is preferable that you have knowledge of bookkeeping principles such as double entry system, chart of accounts as well as taxation laws. Proficiency in using commonly used software such as MS Office Suite is required for this role.
The duties for this job include but not limited to providing financial reporting services to our clients; preparing monthly & annual financial statements including balance sheet, income statement; preparation of tax documents such as VAT return form according to the local regulations; assisting with audit engagements; handling daily bookkeeping tasks including journal entries etc.; maintaining fixed assets ledgers & inventory cost tracking records accurately.
